Seaside South Ponte Vedra Beach Haven

This beautiful oceanfront vacation home is located along the shores of South Ponte Vedra Beach. Our beach house is a stunning coastal retreat, located directly on the beach. It provides guests with direct beach access to a semi-private location of South Ponte Vedra Beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway by the ocean. Nestled along the pristine shores of South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, prepare to embark on an unforgettable journey to paradise! 

As of March 2, 2025, We are updating the kitchen area per feedback from our guest. The area will feature sofa's, chairs, tables, and a larger smart tv for groups to gather comfortably. The kitchen area will be enhanced. We estimate these changes will be completed within the next week or two. We'll update pictures at the time of completion.

Our oceanfront home features six bedrooms and six connecting bathrooms, plus the third-floor wellness room offers a connecting bathroom. This spacious beach house retreat can easily accommodate large groups of family and friends, ensuring everyone has a restful and enjoyable stay. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy stunning ocean views from your room, balcony, or rooftop. Please request cots or blowup mattresses for guests beyond a 16 count.  

On the third Floor of our oceanfront home is a relaxing wellness space featuring a pull-out sofa and a connecting bathroom. The space includes yoga mats, workout accessories, and a walking pad treadmill, and an amazon echo for music, making it ideal for wellness activities. Additionally, the room provides access to the rooftop.

The home is up to date with Smart TVs in every room to include Wi-Fi throughout the beach house. 

Our beach house features a first floor balcony with direct beach access and rooftop patio featuring outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing with a book or cocktail while enjoying the Florida sun. We provide beach chairs and a grill, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. South Ponte Vedra Beach is a paradise, offering a semi-private beach for sunbathing.  A corn hole set is provided for outside beach play.

The beach house offers entertainment with a pool table, poker table, music speaker, board games, and a bar cart stocked with drink ware and a drink mixer. 

The spacious ocean view kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, dining sets, a drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and everything needed for a home-like experience. It also offers plenty of counter space, three dining tables with chairs, and a Smart TV, making it perfect for casual gatherings.

The property includes a washers and dryers, along with laundry soap for your convenience. Highchair, baby gates, and Pack-N-Play are available upon requests. For a convenient stay, we provide quality travel-size toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, and disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste.

This home is conveniently located just 14 minutes from St. Augustine's Historic District and 17 minutes from Ponte Vedra, offering easy access to both areas. Jacksonville Beach is 26 minutes away. Guests can enjoy beach activities in the morning, explore the Guana reserve or golf at TPC in the afternoon, and end the day with vibrant nightlife in St. Augustine. For guests flying in from out of town, Jacksonville International Airport is only 51 minutes away.
